(the "App", package com.isstudios.momomerge) you agree to these Terms.
The App is published by Imperial Solutions ("we", "us"). If you do not
agree with these Terms, please do not install or use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or use automated tools, bots, or cheats against the App or its services.
The App is fully playable as a guest without any account. If you optionally sign in with Google, you are responsible for your account and display name, and we may suspend or remove names or scores that are impersonating, offensive, spam, or abused to distort leaderboards.
The App may include in-game diamonds and power-ups. Purchases and prices (when enabled) are processed by Google Play, and their refund handling follows Google Play's payment terms. Virtual items have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are non-transferable. A balance may be adjusted if it resulted from an error, abuse, or fraud.
Leaderboards and cloud saves exist for fair, genuine play. We may remove scores, revoke items, or block access — without refund of earned items — from accounts that exploit bugs, use automation, share or trade accounts, attempt to manipulate the systems, or violate the Google Play Terms of Service.
The App is free and supported by advertising (Google AdMob). Ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your consent choices, which you can change at any time from the App's privacy-options entry point. We do not control ad content and are not responsible for advertisers or the sites their ads link to.
We work to keep the App available, but we may change, suspend, or discontinue features — including online services — at any time. Your locally stored guest progress stays on your device regardless. Updates may be required to keep playing.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for data loss beyond what our deletion policy describes. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any liability that cannot legally be limited.
You may stop using the App at any time and request deletion of your account data as described in our data-deletion page. We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations of these Terms.
These Terms supplement the Google Play Terms of Service; where the store's rules and these Terms conflict regarding payment or distribution, the store's rules apply for purchases through it.
We will post an updated version on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
