1. Summary (plain language)

Momo Merge: Cute Fruit Drop ("the App") is a casual merge-puzzle game by Imperial Solutions. You can play the whole game as a guest without an account — in that mode, everything stays on your own device. Optionally, you may sign in with Google to unlock cloud saving, your display name on the leaderboard, and device-to-device progress sync. Signing in shares only the account details described in section 3 — never your game password (the App never sees it) and never your payment information.

2. What stays on your device (guest mode)

To remember your progress, the App stores the following locally on your own device using local storage:

• Your high score, best combo, and game statistics.
• In-game currency (diamonds), owned power-ups, and achievements.
• Your chosen display name and avatar, if you set them.
• App settings such as sound volume, mute state, and language preference.

This data never leaves your device unless you sign in. Clearing the app's data (or your browser data) deletes it permanently.

3. What we collect & why (when you sign in with Google)

Sign-in is 100% optional. If you choose to sign in, Google authenticates you and the App receives the minimum information required to run the online features:

We do NOT collect or see: your Google password, your payment information, your contacts, photos, files, microphone, camera, or precise location.

4. Leaderboards

When you play signed in, your display name and scores may appear on the public leaderboard (all-time, daily and weekly). Use a name you are comfortable being public. You can change your display name at any time from the profile screen.

5. Advertising

The App is free and supported by advertising.

• On Android (Google Play): ads are served by Google AdMob. AdMob may use your device advertising ID, approximate location (country/city level), device model, and ad-interaction data to serve and measure ads, as described in how Google uses information (see also Google's Privacy Policy).
• GDPR/EEA & UK users: before ads are requested, the game shows a Google UMP consent form. If you decline consent, only non-personalized ads are requested. You can revisit or change your consent choices any time via the privacy options entry point, or by clearing the app data.
• Everyone: you can opt out of personalized ads in your Android device settings (Settings → Google → Ads).

We never sell your personal information.

6. Third-party services

• Google AdMob (advertising) — privacy policy
• Supabase (hosted authentication & database for optional cloud features) — privacy policy. The App uses the anonymous ("publishable") key only; privileged database access keys are never included in the app.
• Google Play Services (app install/update integrity) — governed by Google's Privacy Policy

7. Your choices & how to delete your data

• Guest mode: never creates a server account. Clear the app's data to erase all local progress.
• Sign out: from the profile screen — local progress stays on the device.
• Delete your account data: email us at contact@imperialsolutions.org from the address linked to your sign-in, and we will delete your stored account data (scores and name) within 30 days, and confirm by email.
• Disconnect Google: you can also revoke the app's access at Google Account → Security → Third-party access.

8. Children

The App is a casual puzzle game intended for a general audience. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

9. Permissions

The Android app requests only:

• Internet access — required for ads, optional sign-in, and cloud features.
• Advertising ID permission — used by AdMob to serve relevant ads (declining personalization does not break the game).

It requests no access to your contacts, camera, microphone, precise location, or files.

10. Security

Account data is transmitted over HTTPS and protected by access-control rules (row-level security): you can only read and update your own rows. Keys that could modify other data are never shipped inside the app.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the App evolves. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Effective date".
